In Year 2 we will spend the first half of the term recapping the Phonics learnt in Year 1. We will then move onto learning our spelling rules and common exception words for Year 2.

Each week a list of spellings will be uploaded on to our class page. These words will relate to our spelling rule from that week. We will not be testing the children on these words, they are simply designed to help consolidate their learning in school.
