Every year, we invite visitors from a diverse range of careers to speak to the children in school. The children have the opportunity to learn all about different professions and careers, the education pathway for different roles and to ask questions.

We aim to widen children's understanding of possibilities after school and challenge gender stereotypes linked to different careers. We have created a discussion guide for parents and carers to use at home, which can help to support discussions about why it is important to challenge gender stereotypes.
