In Year 2, throughout the summer term, we will be developing our creativity through our CREATE Project, exploring the question "Does art reflect the world around us?". 

In our art lessons, we will be investigating clay; how it can be shaped and joined using our hands and tools, designing houses, learning about artists and creating a 3D house tile. In the second half of the term, we will be exploring and creating maps through various art forms, including drawing, working in relief, printmaking, and designing stained glass. 

Alongside this, we will be composing musical stories; learning about pulse, rhythm, pitch, tempo and dynamics, learning how to read musical notation and continuing to develop our singing and listening skills.
