This term, we will be exploring the big question "What does it mean to belong?". 

We will be learning about the world, developing our locational knowledge, naming continents and oceans and the capital cities of the United Kingdom. We will compare London to Beijing, finding out about similarities and differences, human and physical geography and learning about different ways of life. 

Children will continue to develop their geography skills through fieldwork, reading and creating maps, learning about compass directions, map keys and symbols.
