Welcome to Year 1 with Miss Moss and Mrs Slater-Davison!

We have a very exciting year ahead of us as we begin Key Stage 1 and we believe it is extremely important to still have plenty of opportunities to explore a play based curriculum as well as developing our key skills and becoming even more independent. Reading at home is particularly important and we encourage every child to read at home as much as possible to develop their skills learned at school.

The teachers and children in Year 1 are looking forward to the exciting adventure they will embark on together this year and all of the wonderful things that we will achieve together!
