Welcome to the Abbey Gates Eco-Committee page. Our eco-team is made up of many children and adults and is led by Mrs Bowell and the eco-councillors. Our aim is to 'make a difference'; not only to our school but to the whole world, one step at a time. In 2022 and 2023, we worked hard to achieve the targets on our action plan and were awarded the Green Flag which is proudly displayed at the front of our school. This year, we continue to take action towards a better environment with a focus on water, transport and biodiversity. Please check back regularly to find out what we have been up to, what current actions are taking place and find out how you can become more eco-friendly at home.
