We are aware that such stereotyping can contribute to unconscious biases, and it is our responsibility to confront and address these preconceived notions.

They are instrumental in ensuring that individuals of Black and Ethnic Minority heritage, women, and people with disabilities are not just included but interwoven into the fabric of our school community. We aim to avoid isolating them or treating them as standalone elements.
