What do the children at say about Art at Abbey Gates?

Y4: I loved the aboriginal art linked to Australia animals (snakes, turtles, kangaroos.)

I enjoy it when I complete my work- as the final piece of work is satisfying !

We learned about the great wave – it was a giant wave and it was bigger than Mt Fuji. It was painted by the artist Katsushika Hokusai
